Do homeopathic medicines bring about aggravation initially?

Not in all but it may aggravate the symptoms initially but they may fade away very soon. This happens in a few cases and not all patients will have an aggravation; most of the patients have simple long lasting amelioration. Otherwise it is considered as a good sign as it shows that medicine has started acting.
