As per the survey, people between age of 16 to 25 are the most susceptible to get addicted to this disorder. This is the result of easy access of smart phones and internet and availability of ample free time.

People above 35 years of age are also prone to get addicted to gaming but it is low in number as they prefer playing on laptops and desktops rather than online or mobile phones. The World Health Organisation has characterized gaming disorder as an addiction.
